We recently completed a painting project for a lovely couple in St Helens. Their open plan kitchen and dining room was in need of a refresh, with bare plaster walls and ceilings that needed attention. We started by sanding out any imperfections from the plaster and mist coating the walls and ceilings before applying a high-quality emulsion matt paint to the ceiling.
Next, we used vinyl matt paint on the walls which is durable and easy to wipe clean, as per the customer’s request. We finished the project by painting the windows in gloss and the skirting boards in Danish oil to provide a beautiful contrast.
The final result was stunning, and the customers were thrilled with the outcome. They were impressed with our attention to detail and the care we took in preparing the surfaces before painting.
