We began by removing the outdated wallpaper, ensuring a fresh start for the living room. Any uneven surfaces were carefully treated with filler and sanded to create a smooth canvas. A mist coat was applied to the ceiling and walls, providing an even base for the upcoming paint job.
In the kitchen, the storage cupboard had fallen victim to mold. Our team diligently cleaned the affected area and applied filler to restore its integrity. A first coat of brilliant white paint was then applied to the kitchen, breathing new life into the space.
We returned to give the living room’s ceiling a flawless finish by applying another coat. The walls were treated to the customer’s chosen colors: Valspar’s “Under The Eaves” and “Morning Haze.” These hues added depth and character to the room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
In the bathroom, we tackled the issue of rotten wood boxing the pipework. We meticulously removed the damaged sections and skillfully applied an acrylic formula, ensuring a smooth, water-resistant surface. This not only enhanced the aesthetics but also contributed to the room’s longevity.
To achieve a bold and cohesive look, we applied an additional coat to the living room and kitchen walls. Attention to detail extended to the woodwork, including skirting boards, architraves, and doors, which were meticulously painted in a timeless eggshell white.
